Virtual Tour - Location

The Gun Club Green community is uniquely situated in Denver. It is close to desirable destinations, yet offers a level of privacy and tranquility rarely found in an urban location.

Gun Club Green is located in Southeast Denver
close to the junction of I-25 and I-225

Highway access, light rail and major destinations
Access to I-25 is via Yale or Hampden Avenues and I-225 access is via Yosemite Street. Each is less than 3 miles away. Most downtown destinations are a 20 minutes drive on I-25 and Denver International Airport is about a 30 minutes drive via I-225. The Denver Tech Center (DTC) is a large office and retail center located just south of I-225. Light-rail, just completed in 2006, provides an easy, energy-saving solution for commutes both south, to Lincoln Avenue, and north on the I-25 corridor to downtown Denver. It is accessible at the Yale Avenue Station or the Yosemite Station, both offering ample parking.

Schools
Holm Elementary School and Hamilton Middle School are located right outside our community. Hamilton hosts a renouned International Preparatory Magnet (pre-IB) program, making it one of the most desirable middle schools in Denver.  George Washington and Thomas Jefferson High Schools serve our community. George Washington's prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) program is ranked first in Colorado.

Parks, recreation and outdoor life
Bible Park is a nice 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes bike ride to the west of Gun Club Green on Dartmouth. The well known Denver biking trails system is accessible close by, either at Bible Park, or to the east at the highline via Dartmouth. Biking is safe on bike paths from Gun Club Green community to  downtown Denver, the Denver Zoo, Cherry Creek Shopping Center or to the Cherry Creek reservoir.
